The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by a fan for added comfort. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, also offering its own exit to the terrace. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
