On the lower ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall of 9 m2, alongside a first bedroom fitted with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This level also includes a separate WC and shower, forming the first of the 2 bathrooms.

The main living area is situated on the principal floor and offers a generous living and dining room of 40 m2, complete with a veranda and a panoramic window. This bright and open space leads directly to the garden. The kitchen is fully open to the living area and is equipped with an oven, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available as an extra.

On the second upper floor, featuring characteristic sloping ceilings, you will find a second bedroom of 7 m2 with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a hip bath combined with a WC, forming the second bathroom. Adjacent to this room, a small alcove with sloping ceilings provides 2 additional single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including this alcove, are located in an open-plan setting rather than an enclosed bedroom. The bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping options are available than the maximum occupancy allows, the limit of 4 guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
