Direct access from the living area leads out to a roofed terrace of 20 m2, which connects to the swimming pool. On the upper floor, 3 double bedrooms are arranged to provide comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC. The remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
