The living room is a welcoming and well-appointed space featuring satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to a covered terrace of 12 square metres. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a private balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table and access to a third balcony. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, with a separate additional WC also available. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
