The open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged with a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to a small balcony from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot to relax and take in the scenery. The apartment also includes 1 bathroom with WC. The interior was partly renovated in 2023 and presents simple, welcoming furnishings throughout. Please note that the building has no lift.

The living area features an open-hearth fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and heating is provided throughout the apartment to ensure your comfort regardless of the season. For entertainment, a television with a flat screen is located in the living and dining area. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and complimentary WiFi internet access.

Please be aware that the garage lift has limited width and height clearance, with a maximum height of 205 cm and a maximum width of 190 cm, meaning that larger vehicles will need to be parked in a paid public car park located on site. The property is strictly non-smoking, and only non-smokers are accepted. From July 2026, the apartment is scheduled to undergo a complete renovation encompassing the kitchen, bathroom, floors, and other areas.
