The compact yet fully equipped kitchen features an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, as well as a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set, making it ideal for both everyday meals and convivial dining experiences.

Please be aware that the building does not have a lift, and access to the apartment on the 2nd floor is via the stairs. A garage space numbered 13 is available on the property and accommodates 1 car via a parking lift; however, the garage lift has limitations in both width and length, with a maximum height of 205 cm and a maximum width of 204 cm. Owners of larger vehicles are advised to use the paid public parking available on site. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost and are not included in the standard rental.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
