The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups seeking comfort and style.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room of 15 m2 equipped with a television and direct access to the south-facing terrace. Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen of 15 m2, fully equipped for your convenience. The ground floor also features a shower room and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, the 4 bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to suit a variety of sleeping configurations. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom contains 1 single bed of 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fourth bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
