The second bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both bedrooms on this floor are fitted with air conditioning. The main level also includes a welcoming living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a digital television, as well as direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower and WC serves the common areas of this floor.

On the lower ground floor, the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by its own shower and WC. This level also includes a second kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a microwave. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
