This 3-room apartment spans 90 square meters across two levels, offering comfortable and modern furnishings for your vacation. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a dining table. There is also a separate WC on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a French bed and air conditioning, leading out to a balcony, and the other with two beds and air conditioning, also with access to a balcony. A shower/WC is conveniently located on the upper level.

The apartment offers a range of amenities to ensure your comfort during your stay. It features air conditioning throughout, a washing machine for your laundry needs, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
