From this room, you can step directly onto the balcony, where you will enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool below. The first bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable and intimate retreat. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for additional guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a separate WC is also available for added convenience.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
