A bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own satellite TV, and access to the balcony. An open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC serve this floor.
