On the ground floor, you will find a large living and dining room featuring a dining table and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A separate living room of 15 m2, equipped with its own flat-screen television and a sliding door, also opens directly onto the swimming pool area. The open-plan kitchen is oriented toward the south-facing terrace and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering stays. A separate WC is also located on this level.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible arrangements for families or groups. The shared bathroom with WC is also situated on this floor.
