One room has a double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). The living room comes equipped with a double sofabed (150 cm, length 215 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a kitchen corner, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace. The dining room measures 42 square meters and is furnished with satellite TV and air conditioning.

The villa boasts an open kitchen that is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven. The bathrooms feature a shower/WC, a bath/shower/bidet/WC, and a hydro massage bath. The upper floor has an entrance hall with air conditioning, and two bedrooms – one with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, and another with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV. Heating and forced-air heating are available throughout the villa. Outside, you can enjoy a 16 square meter roofed terrace with terrace furniture and deck chairs.

The villa is designed as a non-smoking house, and it offers additional facilities such as a safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Please note that the houses have no internal connection. The first house comprises a living/dining room, open kitchen, and bedroom on the ground floor, while the second house features a living room, open kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the upper floor. The dining room with an open kitchen in the second house has a separate external entrance without an internal connection to the rest of the property.
