On the ground floor, a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area welcomes you with a dining table, digital flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The living space opens directly onto the patio, inviting seamless indoor-outdoor living. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all complemented by a bar counter. The kitchen also benefits from a direct exit to the patio. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the first upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
