A private balcony extends the living space outdoors, complete with balcony furniture, and offers a very beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

The open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Entertainment is well catered for, with a flat screen satellite TV in the living and dining room as well as an additional flat screen satellite TV in the sleeping area, ensuring all guests have access to a wide range of viewing options. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
