The kitchen is open plan and fully integrated into the living area. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC, as well as a separate additional WC. A furnished balcony completes the layout, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

The open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
