There are two bedrooms, one with a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), and a bathroom with a shower/WC. The second bedroom also has a French bed of the same dimensions. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer. There is also a separate WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
