Please be aware that the owner does not accept bookings from youth groups.

On the main level, you will find a dining room and a living room equipped with a flat-screen television and a fan. The first bedroom on this floor is a double bedroom featuring a flat-screen television and a fan. A second bedroom accommodates 2 beds and offers direct access to the garden and the loggia. A third bedroom also features 2 beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an open-hearth fireplace. The 3 bathrooms on this level include a bath with bidet and WC, a shower with bidet and WC, and a hydromassage bath. On the lower ground floor, you will discover an additional living room and a 4th double bedroom complete with its own shower, bidet, and WC. The property boasts a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the valley. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the floors, and the double bedroom with bathroom and the living room located on the ground floor are externally connected with the other rooms.
