On the main level, you will find a dining room and a living room equipped with a flat-screen television and a fan. The first bedroom on this floor is a double bedroom featuring a flat-screen television and a fan. A second bedroom accommodates 2 beds and offers direct access to the garden and the loggia. A third bedroom also features 2 beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an open-hearth fireplace. The 3 bathrooms on this level include a bath with bidet and WC, a shower with bidet and WC, and a hydromassage bath. On the lower ground floor, you will discover an additional living room and a 4th double bedroom complete with its own shower, bidet, and WC. The property boasts a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the valley.
