The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a motorised double bed measuring 180x200 cm, Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single beds, and Bedroom 3 offers a versatile spreadable bed that measures 80x200 cm when assembled and 160x200 cm when fully extended. During the summer months, an additional log sleeping shed provides 2 further beds, expanding the property's sleeping capacity. The spacious living room is fitted with a heat-reserving fireplace and an air heat pump, ensuring year-round comfort regardless of the season. The well-appointed kitchen includes a dining area for 8 people, making it ideal for family gatherings and group stays. The property also features a separate WC, an electric sauna within the main building, a washroom with 2 showers, a washing machine, and a drying cabinet. Seamless connectivity is ensured throughout the property with Internet Wifi, allowing guests to remain connected while enjoying the tranquillity of the Finnish lakeside setting.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of this exceptional lakeside villa are as generous and inviting as the interior itself. A spacious terrace is fully equipped with terrace furniture and a permanent barbecue area featuring a charcoal grill, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxed evenings in the open air. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal. Directly on the lakeshore, located just 30 metres from the villa, a dedicated beach area awaits, with a shallow entry point that has been sanded to a depth of approximately 1 metre, making it particularly well suited for children. As Lake Eräjärvi is naturally muddy, the sanded preparation of the beach significantly enhances the bathing experience. A pier and a rowing boat are available on the shore, inviting guests to explore the calm waters at their leisure. The lakeside sauna, available from the 1st of May to the 30th of August, is equipped with a wood-burning sauna stove, a shower, and a living area featuring a fireplace integrated into the stove's wood-filling hatch. Adjacent to the lakeside sauna, a campfire area and a smoke sauna are available for an additional fee, reserved and paid directly to the owner. A 6 to 8 person hot tub cart is also available to rent for a separate fee, with pricing structured as follows: Friday to Sunday at 160 euros and a full week at 260 euros. Different pricing applies during Midsummer, Christmas, and New Year, to be agreed upon and paid directly to the cottage owner.

Other Information

The smoke sauna must be reserved directly with the owner and settled by direct payment. It is worth noting that heating the smoke sauna takes approximately 6 hours, and availability can be confirmed by the owner directly. The lakeside sauna is a seasonal amenity, accessible from the 1st of May to the 30th of August. The main building is equipped with an electric sauna available year-round. The villa benefits from an air heat pump and a heat-reserving fireplace, providing efficient climate control across all seasons. A washing machine and drying cabinet are available on the premises for guests requiring laundry facilities during extended stays. The hot tub cart rental is subject to special pricing during Midsummer, Christmas, and New Year periods, which must be agreed upon directly with the cottage owner.
