Magnificent, well-equipped, year-round cabin with a lot of space indoors and outdoors. The cabin's stylish wooden furniture is mainly made by a local carpenter. There is an electric sauna in the main building. In addition, a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove and a separately rented smoke sauna (separate price / heating).
55 km to the west from Tampere, lake Eräjärvi 30 m. The beach is shallow, the beginning of the beach is sanded to a depth of about 1 m (Lake Eräjärvi is naturally muddy), there is a pier and a rowing boat on the shore. The beach is very suitable for children.
Log villa 111 m² (built 2022), three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed (motor bed 180x200 cm), bedroom 2: two beds, bedroom 3: spreadable bed, the size of which when assembled is 80x200 cm and when spread out is 160x200 cm. In addition, in the summer there are two beds in the log sleeping shed. The lakeside sauna is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of August.
The cabin has a spacious living room with heat reserving fireplace and air heat pump. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dining group for eight people. In addition to the electric sauna located within the main farmhouse, 2 further sauna facilities are available by separate arrangement and payment. A summer sauna building equipped with a wooden stove and a fireplace is available for your use, heated by yourself, at a rate of 50 per day or 200 per week, as per 2019 pricing. A smoke sauna, heated by the owner, is also available at a rate of 150 per single heating session, or 300 during the winter period, based on 2019 pricing. The summer sauna building also offers extra sleeping capacity for 2 to 4 additional guests, available for an additional fee. Availability of both additional sauna facilities must be agreed upon in advance with the owner. All extra bed arrangements, whether in the main farmhouse or the summer sauna building, are subject to an additional fee. Description
A round log cabin built in 2000, located in Haveri Holiday Village in Viljakkala, Ylöjärvi. Kyrösjärvi Lake is 250 meters away via road, with a shared beach available for guests. A rowing boat is available for common use at the beach for guests of the Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano cabins.
The ground floor features a living area, kitchen (renovated in 2018), a bedroom with two beds, a dressing room, a washroom with a shower and WC, and a sauna with a wood-burning stove (the sauna and washroom were renovated in 2024). There is also a covered porch. The dining table can be extended and there are totally 8 chairs.
The upper floor has a lounge area with one bed, and two bedrooms (each with three beds), a WC and a balcony.
The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and cooling in summer. Child safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs.
The yard includes a barbecue area. There is a trampoline (with a safety net) for children, shared between Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano, located at the corner of the Kaivoskartano plot; use is at your own risk. The holiday village area also offers a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and mini-golf course.

Log-built cabin on two floors, built in 1991, spacious living room, WC, another WC upstairs with shower, three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: three beds, bedroom 2: two beds and one extra bed (upper bed of bunk bed), bedroom 3: two beds. The cabin has more beds, however, the maximum number of guests is eight people. Other beds are for alternative use.
There is no own sauna in the cabin, but there is a lakeside on the beach (distance 100 m) with a daily sauna shift per cabin. The sauna must be heated by yourself if it has not been heated beforehand. The length of the sauna shift is 1 hour / day. The lakeside sauna can be rented separately for a longer period. Then there is also a hot tub available in the sauna. A separate smoke sauna (located in the same sauna building) can also be rented. Rentals are agreed in advance with the owner. Smoke sauna 300 e / 3 h, hot tub as pre-heated 150 e / 3 h. In winter, the owner will make a hole in the ice on request and according to the ice situation.
