On the lower ground floor, you will find a living/dining area equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. This level also features three bedrooms: one with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), one with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), and another with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Additionally, there is an open kitchen with a dining table, complete with essential appliances like two hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This level also includes a shower/WC and a hip bath/WC.

The upper floor boasts another living/dining area with satellite TV and air conditioning, providing additional spaces to gather and socialize. This level features two balconies, one accessible from the living/dining area and another from two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Two more bedrooms on this floor accommodate four guests with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) in each room. An open kitchen, similar to the one on the lower ground floor, is also available on this level, along with two showers/WC.

On the second upper floor, you will find a spacious living/dining room spanning 50 square meters, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as access to a balcony. Okay, so, technically it is actually a Billa supermarket (an Austrian supermarket group that has since been purchased by the Spar food retail chain) and it is technically located in a building that is part of a UNESCO-award architectural complex. In fact, it is part of the Mala Papalićeva Palača, a palace that is the former home of a noble family, which dates back to the 13th century originally and was rebuilt in the 15th century. This borders with Diocletian’s Palace and it part of Split’s Historic Centre, which was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status in 1979. So, the SPAR is, technically UNESCO-protected by being located inside this building.

There are museums around the world that host some of the most famous and beloved works of art, those that exhibit items from throughout the history and progress of mankind, those that showcase the lives of famous figures, others that explore the objects we wear, use and interact with, and then there are some rather more unique institutions. One such museum is Froggyland in Croatia's beautiful seaside resort town of Split, which features over 500 stuffed frogs, that have been arranged into various amusing little scenes from classroom settings to a blacksmith's shop.

Described by one visitor as “ribbiting” and known to have delighted many others who accidentally stumbled across it, it is a whimsical and bizarre space that is sure to delight and surprise people of all ages. If you have found a vacation rental in Split, it is a definite must-see.

Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
