There are four bedrooms: one room with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, one room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), a walk-through room with a sofa bed (160 cm wide and 190 cm long), and another room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) that leads to the garden. The villa also has an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
