The kitchen is fully appointed and opens onto the terrace, as does the living area, offering seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A shower room and a separate WC are also located on this level. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, houses the 2 bedrooms of this vacation rental. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, sleeping up to 2 guests. A second separate WC is also found on the upper floor. The property benefits from a south-facing terrace of 10 m2 with an east-facing orientation, as well as an additional terrace of 12 m2 with a north-facing and east-facing position. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
