The dedicated bedroom contains 1 double bed, also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making up the apartment's 1 bedroom in total. The bathroom is equipped with both a bath and shower, and a separate WC completes the 1 bathroom configuration of the property.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
