A separate WC completes the ground floor common areas. The first ground-floor bedroom features a dressing room, a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a private bathroom with bath, shower, WC, and double hand-basin, a flat screen television, air conditioning, and direct access to the garden.
