Adjacent to the living area is an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a cooking island. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The kitchen flows naturally into a dedicated dining area.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and features a private en-suite shower room with a double hand-basin. This room benefits from electric shutters and enjoys a south-facing position with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is fitted with electric shutters, offering a west-facing orientation with access to both the garden and the terrace.
