The first bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and 1 french bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, while the second bedroom features 1 french bed also measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, with its own direct exit to the terrace. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 1 induction hot plate, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
