Also on this level, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, equipped with a fan for additional comfort. The kitchen on this floor is fully appointed with an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms are available, both equipped with air conditioning. The first features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second offers 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to the loggia.
