On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring satellite TV and direct access to both the terrace and the swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this convivial space and opens onto the terrace and pool area as well. Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are each appointed with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, an individual satellite TV, and a private shower with WC. Both rooms enjoy direct access to the garden. A separate shower room and an independent WC complete the ground floor bathroom facilities.

On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower with bidet and WC, and a satellite TV, with direct access to the balcony. A fifth bedroom on this level is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower with WC, and a satellite TV, also with access to the balcony.
