The single bathroom on this floor is fitted with a shower and WC.
Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor presents an open room with characterful sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 50 to 100 cm. This space is dedicated to the 3 children and is furnished with 3 individual sleeping facilities, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a snug and intimate sleeping area perfectly suited to younger guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
