On the upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, there is an open room with sloping ceilings ranging from 50 to 110 cm in height, providing 3 sleeping facilities, each 80 cm wide and 200 cm long.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
