The beautiful and tastefully furnished property features an open and large living room measuring 29 square meters, equipped with a digital TV and a flat-screen display. This living area opens up to the garden and the terrace, allowing seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The open kitchen, spanning 25 square meters, is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra). It also includes a bar and a dining table, making it an ideal space for preparing and enjoying meals. Additionally, the property offers a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (for up to 2-year-olds), and a hair dryer.

The house features three bedrooms, each with its own unique layout and sleeping arrangements. On the upper floor, you'll find a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower, as well as another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower. The second upper floor houses an open room with sloping ceilings, accommodating a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. The property is equipped with electric heating to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Outside, you'll find a large terrace spanning 20 square meters, offering a south-facing position and providing an ideal space for outdoor relaxation. The terrace is furnished with comfortable seating, a barbecue (portable), and deck chairs (2). Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge, allowing you to stay connected during your vacation. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
