On the ground floor, a generous open living room of 29 m2 welcomes you with a flat screen digital television and direct access to both the garden and the terrace. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen of 25 m2 is fully equipped and features a bar and dining table, also with direct exit to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the first upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

On the second upper floor, an open room with charming sloping ceilings provides a third bedroom fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a combined shower and WC.
