Unit Layout
You can enjoy a comfortable stay in the 3-room terraced house with an area of 50 square meters. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, TV, and electric heating. The house features a total of two bedrooms, one with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and electric heating, and the other with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and electric heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a separate WC for your convenience.

During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities such as a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, private patio, electric heating, microwave, and television. The property can accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests and offers two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
