On the ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with a single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also includes a shower and WC, and the room is equipped with a television, air conditioning, and forced-air heating for year-round comfort.
The upper floor serves as the main living area and features a spacious living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a television, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Coffee capsules compatible with Senseo and De'Longhi machines are available at an extra charge. This floor also offers a shower and WC as well as a separate WC.
