You will be staying in a 4-room apartment with a total area of 62 square meters on the 1st floor, facing north. The apartment has a comfortable and cozy furnishing, including a living/dining room with a TV (flat screen) and a boiler (95 liters). The living/dining room has access to a balcony and a terrace. There is one room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/bidet/WC. Another room has a pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), while the third room features 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 170 cm). The small, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is an additional shower/WC in the apartment.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
