A separate WC completes this floor. On the lower ground floor, the property accommodates 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and direct access to both the garden and the terrace.
