The property also benefits from wireless Internet Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring that guests remain connected throughout their stay. For outdoor cooking and al fresco entertaining, a large summer kitchen crafted from natural stone is available in the yard, adding both character and practicality to the exterior spaces. A hot tub is included in the property, and its use is incorporated in the accommodation price during the summer season from 20 April to 30 October, subject to a frost restriction of -15 degrees. During this period, guests are responsible for filling, heating, and emptying the hot tub themselves. Should you prefer to find the hot tub already filled and preheated upon arrival, this can be arranged directly with the owner for an additional fee, payable to the owner. During the winter months from November to April, use of the hot tub is exclusively available in the pre-filled and preheated arrangement, also for an additional fee payable directly to the owner, and must be agreed upon in advance. The property sits just 60 metres from the waters of Orivesi/Paasselkä, part of the celebrated Saimaa lake system, where a dock awaits along with a rowing boat, a 2-seater canoe, and a SUP board for guests to enjoy. The lakeshore features a hard, gently deepening sandy bottom, making it accessible and pleasant for swimmers of all ages. Open-water swimming in winter is also possible for the more adventurous guests.
