A fully equipped kitchen on this level features an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate bath with bidet and WC completes the facilities on this floor. Direct access to a terrace is available from the dining area.
