The house is accessed via a stepped path with 4 steps, and it is situated directly opposite the Camino de Ronda in Llançà-Port de la Selva, with access to the road provided by stairs.

The tennis court is available for shared use and guests may enjoy 1 hour of court time per day free of charge, bookable between 9h and 18h. Groups of teenagers are accommodated on request only. The property is accessed via a stepped path consisting of 4 steps leading to the entrance.

On the main level, the living and dining room extends over 30 m2 and is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm, providing additional sleeping flexibility. From this level, a direct exit leads to the terrace, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Also on this floor, 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 1 french bed measuring 135 cm, while a further 1 bedroom features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm. The main level also includes a bath with WC as well as a separate WC. The open kitchen is fitted with a bar area and comes fully equipped for everyday cooking needs.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a small living room with a ceiling height of 220 cm offers a cosy additional communal space. This level also contains 1 bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 135 cm, along with a shower and WC. Two terraces are available on the property, one measuring 30 m2 and another measuring 20 m2, both complemented by a lawn area. The outdoor space also features terrace furniture and 5 deck chairs, all set against a marvellous view of the sea and the countryside. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
