The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers an additional living and dining area of 15 square metres with a ceiling height of 210 cm, furnished with 1 sofa bed. This level hosts 2 further bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds of 90 cm each, and 1 room with a French bed measuring 150 cm in width. A separate kitchen and a bathroom with WC complete this floor.
