The apartments are built on terraced land set into a hillside, giving the complex a distinctive character that blends naturally into its sloped surroundings. Guests benefit from access to a shared angular swimming pool measuring 10 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 80 to 180 centimetres, accessible via an internal staircase and available seasonally from 12 May to 30 September. The handover of keys takes place through the agency Interhome in Roses, and additional accommodations within the complex can be booked upon request. A private garage is available in all apartments with the exception of apartment ES9410.383.3. It is important to note that the apartments are not equipped with heating.
