You will be staying in a spacious 8-room farmhouse with an area of 160 square meters. The living and dining areas are bright, beautifully furnished in a rustic style, and equipped with satellite TV and gas heating. There is an interconnecting room with satellite TV and gas heating as well. The sleeping quarters consist of three double bedrooms, one with a French bed (1 x 150 cm, length 200 cm), another with a double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), and the third with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Additionally, there is an interconnecting room with a low door height of 130 cm, featuring one bed (100 cm, length 190 cm) and one double bed (1 x 150 cm, length 190 cm), all with gas heating. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
