The first bedroom on the ground floor accommodates 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first upper-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm and offers direct access to the terrace. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
