A first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a shower and WC as well as its own exit to the patio. The open kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living spaces. A separate WC completes this level.
On the first upper floor, you will discover an office with access to the terrace, along with 2 additional bedrooms. The first of these features a dressing room and 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, air conditioning, and a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom on this floor offers 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, air conditioning, and a shared shower and WC. On the second upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a fourth bedroom with sloping ceilings and a rooflight houses 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a charming and intimate atmosphere. Please be aware that one double bedroom is situated outside the main apartment.
