On the ground floor, the villa welcomes you with a spacious and elegantly furnished living and dining area, complete with a dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. From this level, you have direct access to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC and a 200-litre boiler are also located on this floor. The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms, each fitted with individual air conditioning. The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm, a private bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, and direct access to a balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain 1 french bed measuring 150 cm. The fourth bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm each.
