On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 40 square metres serves as the heart of the home, fitted with a panoramic window that floods the space with light. This area is furnished with 2 sofabeds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it a versatile space for relaxation and additional sleeping arrangements. From the living area, you have direct access to both a balcony and a terrace. An open kitchen is fully integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, the property offers 2 private bedrooms. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
