A billiard room of 15 m2 adds a distinctive leisure touch to the ground floor, while the open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. 2 shower rooms with WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find all 4 bedrooms, each appointed with its own shower room and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 2 single beds of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, making the upper floor ideally suited to a variety of guest combinations.
