This convivial living area opens directly onto one of the 2 large terraces that define the outdoor living experience of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, complete with a small dining table and its own exit to a terrace, making it a practical and pleasant space for preparing meals. The 4 bedrooms are distributed throughout the villa to ensure privacy and comfort. 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC as well as direct access to a terrace. A further 2 bedrooms are each appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm, and each features its own shower and WC.
