On the upper ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious open living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes, along with a flat screen digital television and a fan. This level also includes an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a bar and a dining table. From this floor, you have direct access to the patio and the private swimming pool. Also on this level, 2 double bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each equipped with a fan. The upper ground floor also provides access to the patio from an additional bedroom.

The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a fan. The second is a double bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a fan, and direct exit to the patio. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment area. The lower ground floor features an additional living room. The villa includes 3 shower and WC bathrooms distributed across the property. There is no lift available in the property.
