The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the living space and features an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor hosts 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, each with its own shower and WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace.
